Translation of research into practice

Despite available evidence, many advances in hearing healthcare research are not effectively translated into practice.

• Understand the barriers and facilitators of translating research into clinical practice and into behavioural change in the individual, their family, healthcare providers, funders of health care and the community. The aim is to develop and evaluate a framework for translation to enhance hearing healthcare for Australians.
