Date: Friday 6 December
Time: 9:15 – 2:00
Location: Lecture Theatre, Level 1, Australian Hearing Hub

Morning tea and lunch will be provided. We have chosen to reduce the cost of the event to facilitate your attendance recognising that parking at Macquarie University is an additional expense.

The Australian Hearing Hub members invite Itinerant Teachers of the Deaf for a site visit to learn about the clinical work and the research that is taking place at the Australian Hearing Hub.

Accreditation: Completing A day at the Australian Hearing Hub course will contribute 6 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 1.5, 1.6, 6.3, 6.4 and 7.4 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

There will be a number of short presentations by many of the Australian Hearing Hub members, including Hearing Australia, National Acoustic Laboratories, Royal Institute of Deaf and Blind Children, The Shepherd Centre, Macquarie University and Cochlear Limited. Please see the agenda below.

After a tremendous response, registration is now closed as we have reached our capacity for the event. To go on the waitlist, please email Louise Dodd at louise.dodd@mq.edu.au and you will be contacted if a place becomes available.
