Hearing Matters Australia (HMA) is a voluntary, self-funded, non-for-profit consumer organisation incorporated in New South Wales. HMA was founded in 1983 and has been dedicated to provide unbiased advice and support based on members’ lived experience to help deaf/hard of hearing people to live a better quality of life.
In 2023, Hearing Matters Australia (HMA) continues to host free & casual face-to- face Café & Chat sessions at AHH aiming to get people connecting and chatting to bring more awareness of hearing loss and ways to protect our hearing and manage hearing loss.
