At the Macquarie University Academic Staff Awards, held on 15 November 2023, the award for “Excellence in Research, Five future shaping Research priorities – Health People” was won by Professor Catherine McMahon, Associate Professor Boe Rambaldini, Dr Kylie Gwynne, Luke Halovsen, Kai Nash, Noeleen Lumby, Cara Cross, Dr Yvonne Dimitropoulos, and Dr Andrea Salins from the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences and Professor Leanne Holt from the Faculty of Arts.
