In October, NAL had the opportunity to showcase their work at Sydney’s inaugural South by South West (SXSW) Tech and Innovation Expo. NAL was amongst 70 booths, including tech giants such as Intel and Amazon, as well as several startups. This opportunity provided the team with a platform to spotlight their contributions to the intersecting domains of technology and hearing health.
A standout feature of the exhibit was the introduction of an immersive hearing simulation through a cutting-edge VR experience. The team not only conducted live demonstrations but also engaged in insightful discussions about other pioneering NAL technologies, including NEMA and NALscribe. It was a fantastic opportunity for attendees to experience these advancements first-hand.
This occasion provided a chance for like-minded professionals from diverse fields to connect, fostering new relationships and solidifying the field of hearing health in the innovation and tech landscape.
